1、原因：只能從唯一供應(yīng)商處采購(gòu)的。

2、說(shuō)明：根據(jù)《廣州市民政局、廣州市老齡工作委員會(huì)辦公室、中國(guó)人壽保險(xiǎn)股份有限公司廣州市分公司關(guān)于實(shí)施“銀齡安康行動(dòng)”的通知》(穗民[2025]298號(hào))、《廣州市民政局、廣州市老齡工作委員會(huì)辦公室關(guān)于推進(jìn)“銀齡安康行動(dòng)”全覆蓋的通知》(穗民規(guī)[2025]17號(hào))和《廣州市衛(wèi)生健康委員會(huì)、廣州市民政局關(guān)于推進(jìn)“銀齡安康行動(dòng)”全覆蓋的通知》（穗衛(wèi)規(guī)字[2025]8號(hào)）的文件要求，自2025年起我區(qū)實(shí)施“銀齡安康行動(dòng)”，推進(jìn)老年人意外傷害綜合統(tǒng)保工作，2025年天河區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)“銀齡安康行動(dòng)”全覆蓋，自2025年起每年由區(qū)財(cái)政出資，為年滿60周歲的天河區(qū)戶籍老年人每人每年購(gòu)買一份意外傷害綜合保險(xiǎn)。 根據(jù)上述文件精神，且總采購(gòu)費(fèi)用未達(dá)公開招標(biāo)400萬(wàn)的限額，天河區(qū)2025年“銀齡安康行動(dòng)”老年人意外傷害綜合保險(xiǎn)項(xiàng)目采用“單一來(lái)源采購(gòu)”方式進(jìn)行采購(gòu)。2025年總投保人數(shù)為175010人，按保費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)每人每年20元計(jì)算，總保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用為350.02萬(wàn)元，此項(xiàng)目經(jīng)費(fèi)已納入今年財(cái)政預(yù)算，并經(jīng)天河區(qū)財(cái)政局核準(zhǔn)。
